Hidden Waters is a regenerative farm that utilizes rotational grazing to maintain optimal soil health, free of harmful chemicals and antibiotics. Intentional movement of our livestock throughout pasture and wooded areas enables us to nurture both the animals and the land on which they graze.
As parents we strive to do what is best for our family. Growing up on our family farm, we understand the relationship between caring about how our animals are raised and how in turn they take care of us. We ordered a 1/8 cow from Hidden Waters for a men’s retreat last summer, and the quality was exceptional. As a chef, using the highest-quality ingredients is essential, and their beef truly elevated every dish I prepared — from slow-braised beef and steak & eggs to Asian steak bowls and curry with their ground beef. The abundance and variety of cuts made it easy to create a full feast.

We have been getting our meaty boxes for about 2 1/2 years I think and haven't gone back to grocery store meats at all. The taste, texture, knowing you are eating grass fed, healthy meats and eggs are a must! We can change up each order to have something different but we have a few staples that remain in every box, bacon and maple breakfast sausage along with the sage. Sunday morning breakfasts are an event!

Our second year ordering the most delicious turkey we have ever had. Moist, tender, delicious and made the best tasting gravy! I made a joke with Joe when picking it up that I should have ordered 2, 1 for now and 1 for later. The next day, Joe contacted me that he had a couple left over, now we can enjoy another turkey later.
