Hidden Waters is a regenerative farm that utilizes rotational grazing to maintain optimal soil health, free of harmful chemicals and antibiotics. Intentional movement of our livestock throughout pasture and wooded areas enables us to nurture both the animals and the land on which they graze.
As parents we strive to do what is best for our family. Growing up on our family farm, we understand the relationship between caring about how our animals are raised and how in turn they take care of us. Somewhere along the line that connection to nature has gotten lost. It is our mission, not only to care for our family, but help you to care for yours.

I love the box! Getting to choose what you want, the assortment is delicious, grass fed, regenerative beef, chicken, pork. Breakfast, lunch, dinner is a experience for the taste buds that will knock your socks off. My BLT was the best I have ever had. Everything but the sourdough(which i made) came from Hidden Waters Farm. Knowing your farmer, seeing Joe there, all the people who work in the farm, in the store are the nicest people you will ever meet. You won't be disappointed!
I am so happy with my subscription box. Everything tastes great and I love it so much more knowing that the animals were treated so well. I’m so grateful Hidden Waters Farm exists.

This subscription meat box took so much stress off my plate ! To be able to order high quality, pasture raised , regenerative meat and have it shipped to your door ?! Absolutely AMAZING! Also, me and my daughter did some fun experiments with the dry ice in the box that keeps it all cool ! 1000% recommend

We ordered a 1/8 cow from Hidden Waters for a men’s retreat last summer, and the quality was exceptional. As a chef, using the highest-quality ingredients is essential, and their beef truly elevated every dish I prepared — from slow-braised beef and steak & eggs to Asian steak bowls and curry with their ground beef. The abundance and variety of cuts made it easy to create a full feast. I also deeply value their commitment to regenerative agriculture and restoring the ecosystem. It feels good to support farmers who are raising animals with integrity and caring for the land so intentionally. Highly recommend.

We have been getting our meaty boxes for about 2 1/2 years I think and haven't gone back to grocery store meats at all. The taste, texture, knowing you are eating grass fed, healthy meats and eggs are a must! We can change up each order to have something different but we have a few staples that remain in every box, bacon and maple breakfast sausage along with the sage. Sunday morning breakfasts are an event!
The bird was bigger than we had anticipated, or needed but turned out to be juicy and flavorful with very little effort. - absolutely delicious. The giblets made an excellent gravy. We look forward to the turkey soup that is yet to come!
This is the second year in the row that we used hidden waters for our Thanksgiving, turkey and both years, the turkey was spectacular. Almost everything we buy at hidden. Waters is phenomenal. Their service is always spectacular. Everyone is super kind and super nice.
Our second year ordering the most delicious turkey we have ever had. Moist, tender, delicious and made the best tasting gravy! I made a joke with Joe when picking it up that I should have ordered 2, 1 for now and 1 for later. The next day, Joe contacted me that he had a couple left over, now we can enjoy another turkey later. We also had our sweet potatoes, white potatoes, broccoli from Hidden Waters too. Thank you Joe, Tom, Lucas, Dennis, Lauren and everyone else who makes shopping local, regenerative, organic fresh food a wonderful experience!

I really don't buy any other meat than Hidden Waters Farm's. I know how well-run this regenerative farm is... I know the animals are raised with such care. When I recently received my subscription box, I felt like making stew, and it was just delicious! This is the second beef stew I've made with HW's stew meat — excellent both times! Tender, juicy, flavorful boneless chicken breasts, prefect for Sunday dinner. Seasoned and baked then topped with homemade crab dip to make chicken chesapeake... the best! Seems a shame to cover the chicken breasts, but they make the perfect base for a lovely Maryland dinner. Hidden Waters organic broccoli florets finish it off. Delightful!
We usually get the maple breakfast sausage but thought we would try the sage breakfast sausage this month. Now we have two favorites for breakfast! Gentle flavor and tender as always! Hidden waters farm fresh eggs are always a winner too!

Ordering was easy. Pick up was also easy and I was able to grab a few last minute items at the farm shop, so even better! The turkey was beautiful: fresh, and healthy (just look at those giblets!).
